Keep tea towels and kitchen roll away from burners and plates.
For induction hobs you’ll need to use induction-compatible pans. You might already possess compatible pans and a good test is whether a fridge magnet sticks firmly to the base. To achieve a good cooking result, the base of the pan should match the size of the hotplate.
